3.1. The Customer is responsible for collecting the products according to the Company’s instructions, from the designated pickup location published on the Website or provided after purchase.
3.2. The pickup time will be coordinated between the Company and the Customer after the order is completed.
3.3. Failure to collect the order within 14 days of the scheduled pickup may result in order cancellation without a refund.
3.4. The Company is not responsible for products that are not collected on time and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the Customer’s delay.

4. Cancellations and Returns
4.1. A product may be returned within 14 days of collection, provided it is in new condition, unworn, and unused.
4.2. Refunds will be issued after deducting handling fees as determined by the Company’s return policy.
4.3. Product returns must comply with consumer protection laws and the Company’s policies.
4.4. Customized or sale items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
